Administrative assistant needed
 
I am looking for a part time assistant to help with day to day duties in my lactation and wellness practice. Approximately 10+ hours per week with at least Mondays in-office and the rest of the hours done remotely if desired (offsite internet access required). Duties include schedule updates, database/EMR entries, light cleaning when in the office, unpacking and pricing of supplies, tracking equipment rentals, communicating with patients and healthcare providers when necessary, stocking supplies, various paperwork, being HIPAA compliant, etc. Must have own laptop with the ability and knowledge to work on Microsoft Office documents and access the internet. Medical office admin experience a bonus. Social media, computer-savvy skills a big plus! Pay range is $12-$15/hr. Please email resume to support@lunalactation.com to be considered for the position.
