Returns, Refunds & Rentals

We want you to feel confident in your purchase from Luna Lactation & Wellness.

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, herbal products, comfort care kits, and other personal-care items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.

Pump and infant scale rentals are charged for the rental period selected at checkout. Rental fees are not prorated or refunded if equipment is returned early. Equipment should be returned on or before the agreed return date and in good working condition. Additional charges may apply for late, lost, or damaged rental equipment.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.
