Melissa was very helpful to both my husband and me at our appointment. She helped me figure out how to nurse and pump more comfortably, and had products on hand for me to try. She also helped us with bottle feeding and exercises for my baby's mouth (she had a frenectomy). Melissa was easy to be around and to talk to, was extremely professional and encouraging, and very knowledgeable. We will definitely consult her again as needed and I highly recommend her services!

Melissa, came to my home and provided wonderful positive reinforcement for what I was already doing right and gave me great advice on breast and bottle feeding that made the feeding experience more relaxing for me and my new baby. My baby has a complicated situation that makes it hard for her to latch on and Melissa provided easy to follow instructions and a demonstration of exercises to do with her to help her latch improve. I feel I was treated in a wonderfully respectful manner.

I had a repeatedly plugged milk duct, and Melissa was able to provide quick, immediate steps to help keep it from happening again. This is our second baby and second time using Luna Lactation. We have found it to be incredibly helpful for our baby and mama’s health. My baby wouldn't take a bottle and I was really feeling stressed about it since I was starting work in a week! Melissa gave us practical and thoughtful advice. She had tools for us to try while we were there. She figured out that my baby could not use a traditional bottle, gave us a new bottle, exercises to make it easier for her to suck on the bottle and reassurance that we were doing a great job. She listens and doesn't rush you or your baby. My baby can now drink out of a bottle!
