Nour·ish·ment: the food or other substances necessary for growth, health, and good condition. I like to re-frame “other substances” as self-care. This aspect of nourishment plays an important role of how your body absorbs, circulates, and utilizes the nutrients you take in. Self-care can look like many things and can take as little as 10-seconds.
