We’re very excited to announce that Luna Lactation & Wellness is switching to a new (better!) Electronic Health Record (EHR) system! What this means for current patients is that you will soon receive an invitation to sign up for the patient portal from a program called Practice Better. Once we launch our new system in Practice Better, all communication, scheduling, and records will be handled through this program (we are phasing out the use of our former EHR called Practice Fusion). So please keep an eye out for an email from Practice Better in the next few days, accept the invite, and also add the email address to your address book to make sure you get all emails regarding your care with Luna Lactation & Wellness.
